💰 Budget range:

📍 Preferred locations (priority):
CV Raman Nagar (closest, walkable)
Kaggadasapura / GM Palya
Indiranagar / Domlur (okay with short commute)
Jeevan Bima Nagar
🚗 Move-in: ASAP
