Anyone have any good recipes with a plain tin of oysters?

I was gifted two cans a while back and made poor man's oysters Rockefeller with one and hated it (maybe the oil had gone bad in the tin? Or the smoking process made the flavor weird?). I have one tin left and would like to at least attempt something with it
