I’m moving out for the first time and really don’t want to have a bad experience with pests mainly roaches. I showed up a few days before I was set to move in to take measurements of the apartment. was pretty unannounced, but took the time to look around for potential bugs. did find a dead box elder and a dead centipede. but no roaches. I did find these weird dots that 100% could be just grime but also gave me roach poop vibes. first picture is next to the stove (that corner) 2nd is baseboard of closet. I put some water on my finger and washed wiped the closet dots and they went away with no smear on my finger. other then those spots vents and most cabinets looked clean. also ontop of the cabinets seemed clean as well. I’m probsbly over reacting but I’d rather be safe then sorry. also any tips to prevent would be greatly appreciated.
