Does anyone know whats causing this caroline mail bug?

This happens everytime i expect mail. This specific instance is the "Rat Problem" one from the wizard, as this is a new save. It refreshes and goes back to normal when i reload the game, but its too much of a hassle to do that when i need to check the mail. I have 186 mods. This is smapi version 4.5.2, i believe.
