Hello! I recently placed a SHEIN order and decided to participate in the Flash/Free Grab promotion. I know these things probably rarely work 😭, but I’m confused because after placing my order, and now that it has already shipped, the whole promotion section seems to have disappeared for me.

Does anyone know why this happens? How am I supposed to know if I’m still participating or when/where I can claim it if I actually qualify?
