My H-1B petition has been approved with change of status I-94. I do have an approved B2 visa as well. I'll be withdrawing my B2 pending extension. I'll be giving the withdrawal reason as H1b valid status and pending Form I-539 application (b2 extension) is no longer necessary, and I respectfully request its withdrawal?
