My family and I are planning to rent out a flat in Seawoods Sector New 50. I’m pretty familiar with the area since I’ve passed through it often, as I’ve lived in Nerul for a long time.

I have spotted a golden jackal at night. I am aware they are not aggressive towards humans, but is that still something to be worried about?

I also came across a post on Reddit about a phone snatching case in that area, so how is the safety there now? Is it okay to walk around at night?

How is the electricity and the water supply?

Please also let me know if there is anything a new tenant should know about that area before moving in.
