DAE ever realize you only know your mom as mom?
When I was younger I mostly saw her as strict always checking on things.
Now I’ll catch her talking to friends or choosing an outfit or taking photos of flowers and I’m like… oh. She was a whole person this entire time and I just filed her under “mom.”
A little embarrassing honestly.
