young renters, one never rented before. can we find somewhere?

so, Im 20 my partner is 22. we have been together for while, I currently live with him (not on the tenancy but with landlord permission) I have never rented before and I dont make huge amounts of money. I also do not have anyone in my life who is smart with money or makes enough to be a guarantor. together our income is 31-35k. we both work full time, I also have been hopping between jobs loads. I got fd over by a job who lied about the work, tried to go back to my old job but they had already hired someone. I then found another job, 0 hour contract bad pay, was there for two months. now I have a job which offers contracted hours and benefits. but I literally started this week and we have to move out of the place we are in by august because the tenancy ends. I look like a job hopper but I genuinely got so unlucky. im just trying to figure out how I can make myself and my partner look appealing as we can so we can actually rent somewhere long term. am I fudged?

My laptop is an i9 RTX 4070 so it's more than able to run most games. It has 32g of ram too and the temp always stays below 80c I don't know much about laptops but we have noticed that the frames drop when the laptop switches from the GPU to CPU. (It does this randomly no clue why)

We have tried: updating mother board, drivers, playing around with display settings, using a cooling matt to keep it even colder. We went into the gigabyte control Center and did the bios thingy didn't help. When the usage of the GPU drops the usage of the CPU spikes and it lags.

Any tips?
