absolutely broke (need a pc for roughly $400)
as title said, need something 400 dollars or under. my only minimum requirements are at least 16 gigs of ram, no integrated graphics, and at least 500 gb of storage. i have the needed peripherals. i intend to use this as a gaming/everything pc, mostly cpu-heavy games like hearts of iron 4.
