Hi, this is our very sad cherry tree. About 2-3 years ago, it had almost all bloomed for the spring and we had a late freeze and it has never recovered. As you can see, there are maybe 2 or 3 main branches that bloom and get leaves now. It does have a couple spots where new little branches are growing out (first pic). It gets a ton of sunlight. It only gets rain as far as water.

Does anyone know if it’s a lost cause at this point? I wait every year and hope it bounces back, and it just hasn’t.
