Have 4 Bulb, 4 ft T-12 unit flush mounted (recessed) into vaulted kitchen ceiling.

About 10 ft up. Bit of a pain in the ass to work on.

3 of the 4 bulbs dead. I suspect ballast, but not sure. Possible bad tombstone.

We're running Type A LED tubes, but the three dead slots also don't work with standard.

OPTION 1: Call someone out to test/replace ballast and tombstones and keep running the Type A LED bulbs.

OPTION 2: Call someone out to rewire and bypass Ballast and start running TYPE B LED Bulbs.

OPTION 3: Is there a flat panel LED that is manufactured in such a way to mount and plug into existing recessed fixture?

I'm picturing something like these ones they have for can lights:

But shaped like this with the same dimensions of the 4 bulb T-12 Fixture:

I would prefer option 3, and it seems like someone would've invented a conversion kit by now.
