hey yall, it’s been a while since i’ve been on here and i really need some help, for context im 22 M and i’ve been in a constant panic state for the past 3 days because i decided to check my blood pressure due to my health anxiety and it was really high, then i rushed to the drug store to check it there and it was even higher, (clearly due to anxiety), so i went to the ER and i gave them my exact numbers and my worries and i told them about my OCD, panic disorder and anxiety, and they told me to go home and to ground myself and that it’s totally normal for blood pressure to spike when anxious. My dilemma is that i’m worried my blood pressure is just always high even when i’m not anxious, and i wish i could break this cycle or anxiety about it and i really need some support, i can’t eat out of fear, i can barley walk without being anxious, so somebody please help me begin to calm myself down and break this loop.
