I kind of miss peeing seated
I had RFF 2.5 years ago, and urethral connexion two times
The first time failed (scrotal abscess, couldn't pee, it was stuck inside and really painful. It even leaked through the skin. Had a SP catheter for 5 months).
After that, the surgeon made a perineum hole, so that I could pee sitting.
We tried again a year ago, and I've been peeing fine now.
Except for one annoying thing :
I can't pee sitting anymore. It's not that bad, but pressure builds up too much in there if the angle is wrong and it hurts more or less, and milking does not work afterwards.
If I happen to pee sitting (even while doing, something else,) it stays stuck in there, even if it's a few drops It's not possible to milk it.
So it gets out a few minutes later, when i get out of the bathroom.
I learned to live with it and we won't reoparate as if we try again, it might fuck up the urethra again.
I'm getting a pump placed in soon too.
It's not that much of a vent, more like saying it happens.
