Has anyone had a client wear Meta glasses but not mention they’re recording a session?
I haven’t had this experience (as far as I know) but I got thinking after I read in r/lawyertalk where a lawyer had a couple Come in for a consult about estate planning. The couple didn’t admit til the end that they were wearing Meta glasses and they had recorded the meeting. Apparently they then went home and asked AI for estate planning advice. And it wasn’t great advice of course.
I could easily imagine a therapy client recording a session without telling us and then at best reviewing it in between sessions and at worst asking AI what it thinks.
Ugh
