Hello I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure in 2025 and have on the meds. I'm 23M 118kg and 185cm. I know I'm overweight and that I should be losing that (working on it).

I have been measuring my blood pressure trough the day. It's usually 135/75 and I have also see my heart beat be around 75-95.

Should I ask my doctor to give me more medication or change the dose? What are your thoughts.
