One of the sub functions of the "bulk action" button should be to mirror the selected facilities either vertically or horizontally. This would allow us to very quickly create production lines that rely on any kind of symmetrical layout. Currently, trying to mirror a layout manually is a total hassle, since you have to either start from scratch or flip every individual facility and redo all of your belts.

Facilities that take fluids should also be able to have their fluid input/output ports mirrored, because the static positioning of those ports forces factory layouts to be oriented in a particular direction based on the access point to your water pumps and completely prevents any true symmetry when dealing with fluids. Trying to make a layout symmetrical just results in an ugly mess thats not symmetrical at all.

I've always thought it was strange how a lot of welfare ops seem like they are designed specifically to function well during the event they are released in (especially the ones from the main story, who have talents directly tied to the specific story chapter), but you dont unlock them until you're halfway through the event and unless you pre-farm materials you're probably not going to have them built by the time the event is over (especially since most people will prioritize the banner 6 star). So I think welfare units should work similar to how Raidian's upgrade system works, where as you progress through the event (maybe by getting 3 star clears), the welfare operator automatically gets upgraded so that they roughly keep up with the recommended level for each stage and you can get to use them as you progress through the event.

Now maybe HG wouldn't want to give us so much permanent operator progression for free, so instead maybe it could work somewhat like a support unit: the welfare op is free to use during the event at the appropriate level for each stage, so you get the opportunity to try them out for yourself in a limited capacity, but you still have to build them with your own resources if you want to use them outside of the event.
