25M. I'm on week 5 of this now... and although I'm seeing improvement through patience and trial and error, I know there's still a road ahead, and it's just tough. I've honestly never been through something where improving doesn't make me feel better.

I just miss hiking, camping, running, weight lifting, being able to work... all the things. Being home is just tough because I know I'm capable of so much. I just have to remember that I went from not being able to stand, to now walking 1.6 miles daily and bike riding.

Does anyone else relate? Have you lost things from this injury? How do you stay positive when some days are hard?
