How long does it take to actually start talking therapy in the NHS, because I’ve been in the waiting list for 6 months now. I had an “appointment” on Friday, turns out it was a 1 minute conversation about how I’m going to be put on another waiting list and that my derealisation is not in their line of work so I need to find somewhere else.
