Hello guys, sorry this is the second post, i lost contact with a proxy (maybe because golden week) i need an Agent for forwading packages to Chile via Japan Post EMS, any help would be greatly appreciated, this packages are on storage in Japan, they are five packages medium to big boxes, not prohibited items only figures,

Hello guys, i need some help i bought two figures with an proxy agency, im from Chile and we had a change of Vats system since October (that hasnt worked out) now when i was sending my packages my proxy agency said that now they need to charge a pay per duty (taxes) before shipping as instructed by Japan Post, since i dont see any official statement from Japan Post, im been triying to solve this with my proxie, but in the case they insist you know any trustworthy proxie agent, not a company, that i can sent the figures and then ship to my country, i havent see the answer from my proxie (they told me today and they never told me before) so i showed that others Companies like some japanese shops they still are shipping without problems, (i had on friday 3 pacakges sent via EMS and no one asked about this pay per duty.
