I always buy the same shoes to run in: Asics Gel Nimbus. I'm a woman so we don'tseem to get all the super-cool and wacky colour options that men get which liw-key annoys me but I can usually at least get a more or less plain black pair in the outlet store. And I'm happy with this as they don't look as trashed as quickly.

I recently found that they are now doing a "road to light trail" version of this shoe which is essentially the same but slightly bigger lugs for extra traction. And every pair I've seen is light coloured! Why!?!? Trails = mud therefore surely a darker colour option would be sensible??? Anyway, I now have a pair in cream and pink... 🙄
