Got a message yesterday from my lawyer that FCA agreed to a buyback on my 22 GC 4xe. Unfortunately, they failed to offer a buyback price within the required timeline. So, I guess we're going to trial now.

Now they will be paying me for the car plus legal fees.

I truly do not understand the thought process here. They've agreed it qualifies for a buyback; delaying the process only makes it more costly.
