Seriously this is so annoying.

I have an organization that I use for my personal projects. I don't have an AM or anything obviously. Any new account that I create will be hit by this limit right ?

I tried to open a Case (under billing issues...) but I would like any account in my organization not be bothered by this.

Does anyone know what AWS is looking at for removing automatically the limite ? Your actual usage ? Or spend ?
