Project loc: Frankfurt.

Yesterday: full schema rebuild on pre-launch project (DROP SCHEMA + new baseline ~25 tables, 4× password resets, 1× DB restart, parallel psql + drizzle in same hour).

Today: pool dead.

- Dashboard: Healthy ✅ (6/90 conns, CPU 1%)

- Pooler migrated aws-0 → aws-1 (visible in Connect modal)

- Both 5432 and 6543: FATAL: (ECHECKOUTTIMEOUT) after 15000ms

- Auth itself works (pre-reset got instant "password failed", not timeout)

Theory: schema/password thrash corrupted Supavisor tenant routing, aws-0→aws-1 migration didn't rebind cleanly.

Ticket open 10h, no reply. Anyone seen this? Fix other than waiting on support?
