Hi all,
Just a quick question about residency for non-EU partners.
I’m considering studying in the Netherlands in 2027 and am looking at the residence rules for non-EU partners.
For context, I am dual EU/Australian citizen, and my partner is just Australian.
I have found the document titled ‘verification against EU law for union citizen family members’, as attached in the photo. **Am I correct in understanding that these rules would apply to my partner if he comes to live with me in the Netherlands while I study?** Or is there a different rule which would apply? We are also not married, just in a long term same-sex relationship (which we can prove).
