I’m in the early stage of planning a small matcha pop-up concept in Islamabad and wanted honest feedback before developing it further.

It’s not a cafe or permanent setup. The idea is a limited, pop-up experience that happens occasionally in different locations, focused more on vibe and experience than just selling drinks.

The basic idea is:

• 3–4 matcha-based drinks per pop-up
• limited quantity + limited time (like drops)
• simple aesthetic setup
• focus on experience + branding + vibe + drinks

I’m still figuring a few things out and would really appreciate input on:

• Would something like this interest people in Islamabad?
• What price range feels fair for a pop-up drink experience?
• What kind of drink ideas or flavors would you actually want to try?
• Any name ideas (short, aesthetic, cup friendly)?
• What makes a pop-up feel “worth visiting” for you?

This is still very early stage, so I’m open to feedback, criticism, or even completely different ideas if you think something else would work better.
