i restarted and i need to get it right this time, any problems? and how should i fill up the tank thats where everything went sideways. do i put in plants now or after filling tank? how long until i add one fish? do i put the filter in the tank and let it run?

i tried making the tank but when i poured the water in it became brown immediately, tried emptying it and now the dirt and the sand have mixed. im going to give up and try and empty the tank out and just use aqua soil unless this is salvageable in any way
