Did hiring team delete my candidate profile?
Currently employed in Colorado and got a response from a job in Minnesota. I was in talks with HR and emailed a time that I was available for. I never got a response.
Fast forward to the day, someone from the team I applied for reached out and I had mentioned I never got a response confirming the time I was available for that someone would reach out. The guy was nice apologized that no one followed up and that he caught me off guard. Call went great and he said I should hear back in the next week.
It’s next week and I tried signing into the workday candidate page to view status of app. It tells me either pw is wrong, I’m locked, or I don’t have an account. I tried resetting password and never get an email. Does anyone know if like a law was broken since HR didn’t confirm a time and someone cold called in a way? I don’t care about any of it I’m just curious if they deleted my candidate profile for some reason and why lol. I’m not getting any response anymore
