Ok I’ve been a Discworld fanatic since I was about 12 or 13 and I’ve made it my mission to get my daughter into the books - she is now 9 but started reading them to her when she was 8 with the Tiffany Aching series and last night I finished reading TLF straight after CoM.

She loved them but as expected struggled a bit with them as they were not the same as the first ones - can’t wait to move onto Equal Rights

Yes I am strict that they are read in order!
