Does it always take them this long? I've been waiting for 3 days now for Chess.com to refund my membership. For context, I forgot to cancel the free trial and got charge the 1 year subscription. The only response I've received on their end is a "one-time discount" But when I replied that I wasn't interested and just wanted a refund. I never got a response back eversince
