Don’t get me wrong, I love spicy food. I love hot sauce, chili, jalapeños, spicy mayo, you name it.

But buffalo sauce specifically is disgusting. It’s not even that spicy, it just tastes like sour vinegar and creamy arm pits.

I genuinely do not understand why it became the classic wing flavor when there are so many other better options.
