I am 90% better from a workout 6 days ago. I took off for 6 months and I guess I over did it. If I am just slightly sore tomorrow should I give it a go? Do I need to wait for zero soreness and a day or 2 after? Any thoughts appreciated. I never had DOMs when I was younger....
