Can I lean / part time fire

I'm absolutely burnt out of my decent government job. I just need to start fresh and am looking to move to Spain (live with friends) or an affordable southern European city to kind of restart.

I know I don't have a lot of savings but I do plan on bringing in some extra income like 1000-2000 euros a month. This would cover my expenses. For daily life.

*edit would either live with friends for free or live in a shared apartment in a very cheap place.

eventually planning to go back to the work force or do a PhD*

Here's a picture of my finances

Triplex

  • 715,000 mortgage
  • $5500-5800 monthly rent
  • $4700 mortgage, insurance & taxes cost.
  • Worth about 900,000 -/+
  • Hoping for a few hundred bucks a month surplus after repairs and management.

Triplex upcoming maintenance

  • Roof in 5-7yrs (21k, finances)
  • Replace front steps (2-5k) this summer.
  • Tons of small, medium things that could should be done but don't have to be done ASAP at approx 5k a year
  • Generally the building is sturdy no cracks in the foundation, brickwork is good, roof in good shape for age. But it's 1900 rental building that hasn't been updated too much in the last few decades, the windows, whole gorgeous are original.

Loans

  • Student loan /loc $25,000 @ prime -.5 (5%) min payment $200/mth

Savings

  • $11,000 cage etf
  • $10,000 tax return
  • Hoping to increase to a total of 25k
  • Government DB pension (currently would give me $3500 annually, I'm in my early 30s) I'm.guessing it would become a locked rrsp worth 30,000-/+

Other vehicles

  • Access to 30,000 loc (prime + 3%
  • Access to loc on stocks at prime $5k

Low marks getting university acceptance?

I'm "old", idk why this sub is suggested to me.

But I know grade inflation is fucking crazy in Ontario. I'm curious if people are still getting into arts programs at B schools with 70s and such?

For reference & for inspiration for my low GPA homies: I barely finished highschool (2010?) went to Fanshawe, got a general certificate, barely passed.Transfered to Douglas college, transfered again to Concordia university in 2013 with a 2.8 GPA. Finished bachelors with a 3.15. Did French immigration classes. Got into a masters at Université de Montréal. Graduated with a 3.5 (getting good grades is easy when you have good health, money & stability).

& Generally now have a pretty rad life that would have been unattainable if I had stayed in Ontario.

I'm highly recommend looking at other provinces for school & opportunities. Ontario has been declining for 15 yrs.
