Howdy howdy... May the Fourth be with you(tomorrow)!! I've been busy pouring cat memes, but in between I've managed to get some limited edition fractional Star Wars sets poured!!! Also a little gold and a few pours from the personal collection because daddy needs a new guitar. But first I figured It was high time I actually introduce my 'brand' a little. I'll try to keep it brief, but if you couldn't care less, feel free to scroll on down for the goods!

The Coin Clinic: A few years ago I had an early mid-life crisis. I wish I could say I just bought a red convertible, that would have been a lot cheaper. Nope, not me. My happy ass - after over a decade working my way up the totem pole on the creative side of the advertising industry - decided to apply to medical school. Why? I dno.. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment, but I digress. It took a few years of ground work to get there, but I ended up with some extra time in between applying, getting accepted, and actually starting classes. Well long story short, I ended up on WhatNot. Mostly for fun and to fund my own coin/silver addiction while I wasn't really working. Leaning on my advertising background - I realized I needed a unique brand if I wanted to stand out and blah blah blah. And since medical school was officially on the horizon, The Coin Clinic (aka Dr. Fern's Coin Clinic: Prescriber of Precious Metals) was born.

Somewhere along the way I started sand casting, and it quickly became my newest hyper-fixation. And once school began, it became my creative outlet - necessary to maintain my sanity and give my brain a break every once in a while. Most every penny I get from my hand pours goes back into more silver so I can pour more things, and as a result, and stay sane. The rest of it helps keep the cupboards stocked with more than just ramen, so I appreciate each and every one of you who has bought a piece from me.
