Same as the title. Urgently needed.

I wanted to book a cylinder today, but it is showing that someone booked it on 16th and it was delivered to someone on 17th. Now I can't book my cylinder through the app, as it is showing the next booking date as 13th May. The agency people are also not helpful. They have been saying for the last 6 days that it will come today or tomorrow. I don't even know what to do.

Today my cylinder got empty, and I literally can't book a new one because of some fraud done by the agency. Does anyone know any solution to this? Customer care is also not picking up the call. Does anyone know where I can get it refilled in black, or how I can solve this issue?
