Just checking in to see if anybody has insight on DDing out and Golden Colorado or Parker area or thereabouts in betwixt. I'm planning to take a trip to go visit some heads of mine and need something to do as on friends work, curious on how the market is. The good, the bad, the no go zones, the troll roads, and definitely how bad the roads are now because I'm taking my lowered Golf.

Not moving in just extra cash and getting out as my people do the 9-5 things.
