Applied everywhere, got nothing, randomly tried this and it worked (ClassBoxes)
Spent months applying. LinkedIn, careers pages, referrals, everything. Results were basically zero.
At one point I was just applying out of habit, not even expecting replies.
A friend told me to try a recruitment agency. Didn’t expect much because previous ones were useless.
Tried ClassBoxes Technologies and the only difference I noticed was that they actually talked to me before sending my profile anywhere.
They recorded a short screening and shared it with a few companies.
One company reached out the next day. That turned into an interview and then an offer.
Been working there for about two months now.
Still feels a bit random, but yeah, that’s what worked for me.
Anyone else here tried agencies or had similar luck?
