Greetings!
Little issue here with my brand new DAC. As the title suggest, I have very annoying and present cracking noise while using it, and it appeared right after I installed Hiby player on my Pixel 9 Pro (using it with my Fiio FF5).
So I have listened to a few songs on youtube music/musicolet without issue. Then I installed Hiby music to try and listen to high quality FLAC files, and it prompted something like "do you want hiby to take charge of your JM98?". And since then, they've been doing this random crackling/ticking noise, occasionally distorting the sound. I deinstalled Hiby, tried to restart the phone, plugged the DAC to my PC and tried to change the EQ or reset it on some online EQ portal, none of that works. Now whatever I listen to, after a while, the clicking comes back, randomly.
Is that a known issue? Is there anything I can do about it ?
