Door king 1834 4G ATT.

Unit was working fine until recently.

Calls are placed and logged in the ATT modem, however there is no more 2 ways audio. You can’t speak to call box, and likewise a resident cannot speak back to the unit.

DTMF opening still works, but residents obviously want to know who they may be letting in.

Someone suggested a bad board, but seems more like it’s on the cellular side. Planing to hook up a butt phone at the callbox on the next visit.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
