Hard boiled egg yolk replacement

any ideas of what I can use to replace a hard boiled egg yolk in a salad? I use tofu instead of egg whites and black salt for the flavor but would love to have « yolk » as well

Am I supposed to pot it or no?

Bought some cilantro in a pot at a supermarket today. I expected it to be in soil and was going to repot it but it actually looks like this. I am confused, am I supposed to pot it or is it meant for a single use and this thingy is just supposed to keep it fresh for longer? There are no instructions on the packaging
