Player committed a crime (i will not elaborate)
One of the PCs in my game killed someone (no I'm not going to say what actually happened or provide context) how do I properly create a perfect surveillance state with infallible law enforcement that will move mountains to track down one guy, I have already decided that the town guard will enlist high level spellcasters to cast powerful divination magics on him and send level 20 adventurers against him because this is REALISTIC unlike in fantasy worlds where you can present the cops with clear evidence that someone has committed a crime and they tell you it's a civil matter.
