I bought a console that arrived broken.
I’m going to return the item, and following the steps in the app, they ask me to send it back to a recipient who, fortunately, is located within my country (Argentina).
I don’t think I’ll have any problems doing this. however, I want this to be as quick as possible and avoid any more bad experiences, so I’d like some recommendations.
- Is it enough to just turn the packaging inside out and seal the package again with tape? I mean having the black side on the outside and the white side (with the label and delivery details) on the inside.
- On the package, I need to include the destination details for where it should be sent/returned. These details are provided by the TEMU app:
- Seven-character code: TEMU - ???????
- Contact phone number
- Address of the place where the package should be sent
Is there anything else I should add to the package description?
- On the last page, I also have the option to add the shipping company I use to return the package and include the amount in my local currency for reimbursement of the return shipping cost.
- Is there anything specific I might be overlooking or that’s important to keep in mind when returning the product?
