New to Madurai – Job at Vadapalanji ELCOT IT Park near Kamarajar University. Best area to stay + transport advice?

I recently got a job offer in the ELCOT IT Park at Vadapalanji, near Madurai Kamarajar University. Initially I thought the office was near Mattuthavani bus stand side, but later realized this tech park is around 20 km away from there.
I’m completely new to Madurai and don’t know the city layout, so I need some guidance from locals.
My questions:
Which area would be best to stay for someone working in Vadapalanji ELCOT IT Park?
Is it better to stay near the office itself or somewhere more central?
What public transport options are available daily to the tech park? (buses/share autos/etc.)
Are buses frequent from areas like KK Nagar, Achampathu, Kalavasal, or Mattuthavani?
Which areas are good for affordable bachelor accommodation with decent food and connectivity?
If anyone already works in that tech park, how is the daily commute?
