So, to be clear, contrary to popular belief Angelo is NOT a fly. He is a mosquito, his title, description and angry pin implying he's about to eat someone's blood show that. The reason his voicelines say he is "Half human, half fly, all fabulous!" Is likely just aura.

Angelo's build is reminiscent of a masculine human, with a lack of breasts. His description states that he's a "Cupid-turned-mosquito" which I will not dig into, as its not really given further explanation or context. His mosquito elements show through his P1 title [Bloodsucker] and the aforementioned Angry Pin. Now, male mosquitoes do not consume blood, only the females. It could be that he's intersex or non-binary, being a mix of a male human and a female mosquito, ending up as neither.

Lily, on the other hand, is pretty similiar. She was a female girl who ended up consumed by and had her body fused with a Carnivorous Plant and Firefly. Now, I do not know how many Fireflies were included in the group fusion but assuming its the couple that were fluttering near her in her reveal trailer, we can tell they're male. How? Both sexes of fireflies glow up, but females glow up in response to the male's glow while sitting on the ground or on plants, some species are also flightless. Males are the one who tend to fly, thus we can say that the firefly part of Lily is likely male. Now I'm no biology expert, but I can tell you whatever the hell the flower that ate her in the first place is does not actually exist, and since irl carnivorous plants can be either asexual or have a sex I can't go off of that. We can assume, though, that Lily is either Intersex or Nonbinary either way, even if it wasn't fully consensual.
