I tried uploading the prod keys and they worked fine. but it wont accept the firmware and says "Unable to decrypt NCA folder. the file is not an NCA file or the header key is incorrect" I did all the tutorials and downloads correctly. someone help

I installed the keys successfully but it says unable to decrypt the NCA header. either the header key is incorrect or it is not an nca file.. i did everything correctly. someone help please!!
