Water pressure increase in house, PRV is wet. Anything I should try before a plumber can come out?
Former apartment dweller learning how to live in a Real House.
Called the water company and the pressure in the neighborhood is 100 psi. Bathtub faucet is dripping a little, everything else seems to be holding up. It will take a bit before my usual plumber can arrive (I have a strong preference for him because he's cool and usually chats a lot, we have fun haha.)
Should I call around to find someone else? Is there anything I can try right now or is this a hands-off for amateurs situation?
Thanks for any help!
