I’m using a Vandoren AL3 with Jazz selects at a 3 strength. is there maybe a better fit for my reeds or mouthpiece?

For years I’ve never been able to think of something I do as good, or that I’m skilled at it. I always feel inferior to somebody else, that I’m always the worst. This doesn’t stem from parents, as they’ve never criticized me over anything. Its like an extreme version of the humbleness that asians have has forced me to never acknowledge myself.
