Looking to acquire under-marketed SaaS/Apps

I’m interested in tools with a solid core idea from devs who are great at building but maybe hit a wall with marketing or finding customers. If you’ve built something profitable (or with high potential) but you’re stuck on the growth side, I might be interested in taking it off your hands.
Pitch me on why there's room for growth and include the URL.

Most founders thinking about an exit get stuck on the same three questions:

  1. How much can I actually get for this?
  2. Who is the right buyer?
  3. Where should I even list it?

Brokers charge way too much for this, so I decided to put them out of a job and built a free open-source tool that does it for you.

I’m looking for some honest feedback from the community. If you give willisellit a spin, let me know in the comments if the results feel accurate to you - it helps me figure out what to tweak in the algorithm.
