Owned this VW Sharan Automatic Diesel 2011 for 9 years, all services done and well maintained. Developed this ticking noise. Multiple mechanics have looked some say timing, some say was water pump (which we changed), some said injectors (which are fine and tested). Would love to know if this is terminal or if we should put a new engine in. Only 156k miles
