We’ve been building a SaaS called SpendStream and would love feedback from other founders.

It automatically assigns billable expenses to clients in Xero using simple rules, so you don’t have to manually match transactions one by one.

Trying to reduce repetitive admin and help avoid missed billables.

Not sure if anyone else runs into this, but we noticed assigning billable expenses in Xero is still a really manual process. Even with bank rules, you still have to open transactions and assign them to clients one by one. It adds up pretty quickly. We ended up building SpendStream to automate that.

It automatically assigns billable expenses to clients based on rules, so you don’t have to go into every transaction. Pretty simple idea, but saves a lot of time.

We’re currently looking for early testers and would really appreciate any feedback!
